Cancelation and Late Policy

It is important to us that our guests understand that the proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate, in part, the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation. It is by no means a punitive policy but rather one of restoration.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

“NO SHOWS NO CALLS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Arriving late may affect the length of your service, or eliminate the opportunity to receive your service. Arriving late will result in 100% of reserved service amount.
